Dave is a stand up guy. Quoted me a price to put rear end gears in my car. He put in a lot more time than he anticipated due to bad parts (my fault), but after the right parts arrived he got it done. Honest guy. Runs great. Thanks

I had kars rebuild my transmission recently, they finished my vehicle when they said it would be done, very accommodating and friendly, I will always take my transmission repairs here no matter what vehicle I own, I had an issue that stemmed from a situation beyond my control and beyond there control, they made an immediate appointment and fixed an issue that was not their fault, I couldn't be more impressed with the response by keeping me in my vehicle while they still had their own responsibilities to other customers, they honor their warranty and made me feel like I did not impose in a very tight situation, thank you David,and Emily, she is the upfront backbone making sure appointments are met and that is critical to customers like me, 5 stars.

The team at Kar’s took great care of me! My truck broke down on a move from KY to NY. I left it with them for a trans rebuild and picked it up a few weeks later. Highly recommend you go to them for your transmission needs!

Dave fixed our transmission and diagnosed another issue we needed to fix. The car runs like new now. Reasonable in price and knowledgeable. Great family business. Pops is a reception fixture and my husband likes bantering with him

Everyone here is very nice. Their prices are extremely fair -I've never had any mechanic fully break down their prices for me like they do, and they never leave you with hidden fees you weren't expecting- and the work they do is top notch. I never want to go anywhere else again! I've worked with them twice now with my car and I can honestly say I've never been this well treated by any mechanic or auto shop in the past. Truly wonderful people that will treat you and your car like the most important thing in the world to them. They also get things done much much faster than anywhere I've ever gone in the past.
