If I could give zero stars, I would, but unfortunately, one is the minimum. The service I received was completely unprofessional and unreliable. After my tires, brakes, and rotors were replaced, I noticed noises coming from my tires and repeatedly called the shop—only to receive no response. Concerned, I took my car to another mechanic, who discovered broken sensors and valve stems left inside my tires—something that should never happen. It was clear the original mechanic didn’t care about properly installing the parts or ensuring my vehicle was safe to drive. To make matters worse, I never received a receipt for the services. I had to pick up my car unattended and leave a check for payment. Later, I discovered that two of the four brand-new tires I purchased in August were already showi

I Had a 2011 chevy cruze get an oil change and a sensor installed. Fast setup for the appointment. Flexible enough to let me drop off for the day and pick up when i was ready. And my tires were pumped up even without me asking, no extra charge. So overall it was a great experience and ill most likely go back to get more work done.

I've been dealing at Ryan's since he opened. Never had any issues. Never had any complaints about service or repairs. Always able to fit me in would highly recommend
