Kawasaki

When I first bought the motorcycle they said a number, then on paper they came up with another, then I took the motorcycle for service of the sprockets, all good, when I went back to change them again they were saying that the sprocket was over tighten and they could not get it off, I'm like... you guys put that in, which means that they do not follow factory specs when servicing certain parts, NOT GOOD. Then I call in to set up an appointment with a week on advance for engine service, I deliver the motorcycle a day before the appointment and they kept it for 6 days because they did not order the parts requested a week before for the service. Was just in there today with my girlfriend we wanted information on helmets and bikes for her and no one approached us or said a word to us for 45 minutes we were in there and there was no one else in there the workers were just on there phones chatting this place needs to shut down

They do not stand behind the kawasaki brand and will not provide service for late model motorcycles.

Wow....this dealership has gone downhill...never again
