Great experience overall. They fixed my motorcycle after an accident, and it came out looking like new. The only minor issue was that the battery was drained, but that’s not a big problem. There was also a long wait for parts, but that’s pretty normal with Japanese motorcycle parts, so I understand. What really stood out was their communication — every time I called, they picked up the phone and answered all my questions. Solid work and good customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Tried to scam me out of my $500 down payment after reassuring me multiple times it was fully refundable. When I called to get my deposit the owner, Tom, just cursed me out over the phone (great business tactic). Avoid this dealership they are wanna be crooks, there are plenty better options in the area

My experience for Service on my bike is the best, the manager mr John is amazing, 5 stars for him and mechanics only, if you call the the place they never answer the phone, they attend calls only for sales, so forget about calling, but if you want a good treat for your bike, service is the best place IN PERSON ONLY, not even there they pick up a phone (they lose customers and sales and money for not paying someone to attend a phone (cheap managment)

Went here to have my bike serviced for the first time. They found an issue with my break lights and fixed it. Will go here again for service.
