I was shopping around for quotes to repair my vehicle, at first everything seemed to be going fine. They picked up my vehicle were polite and said we’ll get back to you in a day or two with an estimate on the repairs. After a couple days I had to call to get my estimate, nothing in writing just a number over the phone. I told the owner I was going to get another opinion. That’s when things went south, all of a sudden nobody was available to transfer that car over. Lucky for me I had another so another company could pick up the vehicle. I kept asking for my key back and they keep claiming they left it inside the car, which was locked upon pick up. I searched the car and no key. It’s been weeks and no follow up on my key.

I brought my 2011 Lexus Rx to Kaylas after my transmission started shuttering. I found them through Google Reviews, and I'll forever use them for future car repairs.
