Kaylee's Towing

Kaylee Towing really came through when I needed help. The owner was incredibly kind and took the time to make sure I was fully informed and at ease throughout the whole process. Their communication was excellent, and they made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I’m so thankful for their professionalism and care during a tough time!

Our car broke down in I-81 and although we were able to make it to the exit, we ended up in a parking lot in the middle of nowhere. Calling Kaylee's Towing made it possible to get to the next city and get our car fixed. Having Bryan tow us was wonderful. Not only great skill but also a really friendly guy. Would highly recommend.

Due to parking in my neighbors"where nobody lives currently" parking spot where there was not a no parking sign up till after my vechile was towed by this company. Okay I'll take the fact I shouldn't have been there but I missed placed my keys and was running late to work however she claims there was keys found in the van in which go to the other ignition i replaced in the van but stated and I quote " I never tried the keys in the van to start it I put it in neutral and drove it out" excuse me but as a tow truck driver wouldn't u have tried the keys and not pulled it out cause the tire tracks prove you yanked it out so please try lying to another customer. P.s she called the cops but nobody tried to get ahold of the owner okay liar!!!! $274.00 later and a bunch of lies. Wish I could give

the person I spoke with on the phone at Kaylee’s Towing was super friendly and helpful. John the driver came out within half an hour of our call. Very efficient for a tow company in my opinion! Thank you!
