I’ve been a member here for well over a year. Always a great experience! All of the workers are great, everyone welcomes you with a smile. The manager Chris is amazing, he treats you like a friend. The vacuum and mat cleaning system is so great, especially in the winter 10/10

Best car wash guys ever!! Chris is the absolute best and goes above and beyond every time I go through! The mat wash room is absolutely amazing!! Left with all the salt and grime off my car looking brand new again!! Highly recommend!!!

Xavier was very polite and had great customer service! We love the Cortland Splash location. Love the new vacuums. The actual car wash always leaves our vehicles looking clean and shiney.

I showed up for a spontaneous car wash, and I didn't think my truck was going to fit because it was lifted.But then the boss man came out and told me it sure enough will fit, and yep, it sure did.And now she's all shiny and pretty and ready for the wedding that I came back to new york for. much appreciated

Closed the door in my face as I was in line will 100% be canceling my almost 60 dollar membership. Cortland needs to do better. After speaking with a manager at the location over the phone I was offered to re instate my wash for a fee of 23$. I was already charged 60$ on February 4th. Very shady way to do business. Would not recommend them to anyone.
