I recently visited this business to speak with Mr. Alfredo Sr. regarding an issue with a vehicle contract. Unfortunately, I was met with agitation and hostility. He repeatedly asked if I was on the lease, despite my clarifying that the matter was about specific contract language—not the lease itself. The individual who is on the lease gave verbal permission (in person) for Mr. Alfredo Sr. to speak with me, yet he refused. The core issue is that this company delivered the vehicle title late to the purchaser. Per their own contract, this makes the sale null and void. The purchaser will be seeking legal counsel and has also filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s office.
