Came in to get my brake pads fixed and KC did not disappoint! As a single woman who knows literally nothing about cars, I usually feel a bit anxious about going to car shops but KC was super genuine, honest, and helpful. No weird vibes, no upselling, just real help and good prices. This is officially my new car place woohoo!

Let me start off by saying I’m not 100% knowledgeable about cars but everywhere I called was appalled that he did a brake job and didn’t tell me anything about replacing my rotors. I paid $240 total for the front and the back brakes. My car is still shaking every time I brake. I called KC to explain to him the problem he told me that I had to pay an additional $60-$70 each side to fix my rotors but then when I went to him in person so I could possibly get the job today he switched up on me and said it’s going to cost me $75-$80 per side. Come to find out I didn’t even need a brake replacement I actually needed new rotors. If he’s so knowledgeable and has decades of experience, why didn’t he explain to me I need to also replace my rotors instead of telling me I need to break my brakes in by

KC is extremely knowledgeable and the highest class of customer service I've ever had. When you're stuck on the other side of california with a car that is giving you trouble and you're all alone, having a business owner like KC be the one to help you is what you want. I recommend this shop over and over again to anyone. He's the real deal.
