This company dose not take there job seriously and my vehicle still is not sealing fully in the back and this company told me that being rear ended has nothing to do with my hatch back not being able to fully shut this company dose shady work

They are not reliable or reputable as a repair center I was in a car accident on August 4, my Tahoe is still out of commission and not to the point that it was prior to the car accident occurring. I was rear ended practically at a complete stop from a guy doing 60 or more my car has been placed back into the shop(s) a total of 3 separate times the first time we picked up the car from buckalew they told us the front end had some normal wearing and some rubber bearings would need to be replaced due that that normally wear and tare we then took are car to another mechanic that everyone in our family has used for years this mechanic found that both on the right and left the inner and outer tier rods were bent and damaged so bad that he told us there was no way this damage wasn’t caused by an

Collision in the rear of my just purchased used Corvette. Barbara was GREAT to work with. Repairs were professionally completed including great paint job match. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience and the work completed by the repair staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with the process of fixing my truck. They dealt with my insurance company which took some pressure off of me. It was also very convenient for me to drop off my rental there at the office. They took care of getting the rental back to the company. The work done on my truck was professionally done, no complaints at all.

This was by far the very best service we've ever gotten anywhere. Our truck was in for a long time due to backup which can't be helped. We were given a loner truck (brand new) to compensate for the time. It saved us a lot of money since we were paying out of pocket for a rental. But the most important thing to us was the service we got. The two ladies in the office and the gentleman who oversaw the repairs were incredible. So helpful and so nice.
