Keating Honda Service Center

I come to KEATING service center for my 2012 Honda Accord. They provide honest and efficient service generally. On 1/22 and 1/23/26 they did various routine maintenance work for 125K miles. Total spend = about $2000. Service rep. Mr. Camden Phillips did a great job communicating all aspects of the work and reviewing the work before payment. He handled a minor dispute over a wheel stud replacement effectively and to the satisfaction of the customer (self). The tech doing the work also completed the jobs well.

Extremely poor service, lack of integrity, transparency on vehicle repairs and even a service member calling me a “Dick” and that he “stands on that”, with the service manager down 2 desks just couldn’t care less. My skid plate is also still messed up that your shop decided to zip tie back on without informing me. My honest experience at Keating Honda, glad to know who is representing Honda

I booked an appointment and was here for my regular service and oil change. Here is my experience. 1) Once I turned in my car for service, usually someone from the service department will find me and guide me about what services are required. Here there was no personal interaction. Just a text message to choose what service I want. No one spoke to me about recommendations and helping me make a choice. 2) I opted for wheel alignment. Usually they give a report of the before and after alignment details. They just skipped providing it. I wonder if the alignment was even performed as the invoice said I opted out of wheel alignment. But they added the cost of wheel alignment as labor cost. 3) They asked me if I would like to have a complimentary car wish. And I said I would like the car wash
