I have dealt with Keaton'son several occasions. Dave is easy to work with. He kept me informed of the progression of the work and answered ALL my questions, no matter how small. He was honest and straight forward. There were no surprises. Very respectful. I will use Keaton's for all my collision repairs.

I have brought all my vehicles here that need repairs. They have always went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Made my cars look like new. Used genuine parts and even detailed my cars before pickup. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ask for Dave. He will treat you like family and keep you in the loop throughout the whole restoration process. I have always taken all my vehicles to Keatons. 04/27/23: Keatons did a great job restoring my new Ram truck after I was hit head-on at an intersection in March. Quality work and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dave is the MAN!

I'm sad to leave this review because I’ve known Rick Keaton and his family for many years and have always trusted and referred others to their shop, but this experience completely changed my opinion. After my car was repaired following an accident, I immediately noticed, while still sitting in Keaton's parking lot, items were missing and a loud rattle coming from my car. I immediately went back inside to notify the receptionist but was told that Rick would have to call me. When Rick called to discuss it, instead of taking responsibility or showing any concern, he became very defensive and actually hung up on me. I was shocked at how unprofessional and dismissive he was. I’ve since contacted GEICO and will have my car reinspected at another shop to make sure everything was done properly. I’

The repair work was excellent, my car insurance only paid for a rental for 4 weeks, keatons loaned me a car they had for free for the 2 additional weeks it took to finish the repair, they detailed my car inside and out before returning it, looks like a brand new car inside and out!!!!!

I can't say enough good about Keaton's! I chose Keaton's to repair my Mustang when I was hit in the front driver's side. I had to have a new hood, bumper, grill, headlight and numerous other things. Thanks to Dave, Johnny and the others who worked on my car it looks awesome!! If you ever need vehicle repairs, this is the place to bring it too!
