Came to the wrong house and stole our car without checking VIN first. Dropped my car off the in the middle of the street with the hazards on after realizing they got the wrong house, stole and broke into the wrong car. Didn’t even knock or leave a note & won’t provide insurance info after we reviewed security footage and found out who was responsible. 0 stars and charges filed.

If I could give zero I would. This is totally uncalled for. I'm going to send videos of the inside of my car as well here in just a minute, but it was horrible. The inside was very bad, they bent an umbrella that I had, and just threw things in a bag like it was nobody's possessions. And the way that they cared for my vehicle. There is a rip in my carpet in the back floorboard of the passenger side that was not there before. If this is how you let people treat things that you go pick up then this is freaking ridiculous I'm turning them into the FTC the BBB and whoever else I can find to turn them into. Several state representatives for Texas and Federal government. And they will be hearing about all this. I don't know if they treated things like this because they thought it was going to go

I was so nervous about going to get my belongings cause of the reviews. But they were very nice and pleasant and allowed me to get my things. Super nice and helpful.

They picked my car up to be towed and as they drove off my vehicle dropped off the tow onto ground. Which messed my alignment up and cost me 2 tires. But they denied it when investigated by claims dept. Costing me over $1000. Terrible company and tow driver

Make sure to get a receipt, they will claim they only take cash, and claim they cannot give you a receipt. That's a lie. When they discovered I was recording our transaction the tune magically changed and I got $50 cash back, and a hand-written receipt with receipt spelled wrong at the top. Scamy scammers.
