Keeler Collision of Ridgefield

In December my BMW X5, slid on my driveway on ice and hit a tree. The front was badly damaged and I reached out to Keeler Collision as they are my nearest certified BMW repair shop. From my first call with them, they were very professional and handled everything promptly and to my complete satisfaction. They dealt with the Insurance company and even returned my car rental when i picked up my car. They did a great job on the car, it looks new. I recommend their services highly. Just picked up my vehicle this past week after having an accident with a deer. Jordan initially was the person I spoke with and he was great! He set me up with the rental and made sure the insurance took care of the damage. Car looks great and couldn’t be happier. I called a few times while my car was there getting fixed and every person that answered the phone was attentive and always friendly. Anthony was there when i picked up the vehicle and everything was smooth and quick! Overall a great experience from beginning to end. Its hard to find a car shop that treats you this nice. Having an accident and dealing with insurance is already stressful enough im glad that Keller didn’t add more stress to the plate. Highly recommend this place! Thank you again
