I was referred to Nelson by a friend. I had two vehicles that I needed to get detailed. The pilot was severely neglected before I got it. The Civic was in good condition but needed attention. I called Nelson on a weekend evening and he messaged me to let me know he received my message and would be calling in the morning. The drop of process was super easy with a night key drop. Because of my schedule I had to pick up the cars on Sunday, instead of leaving them outside Nelson insisted on having them protected inside so they stayed clean because it was going to rain. brought my SUV here to have the interior cleaned. It was in pretty bad shape from the kids and 2 dogs. Nelson convinced me to do the whole SUV by telling me that it would look as good as the day I purchased it. What a liar! ! It looked better!! I couldn't believe it was the same SUV. I’ve had many details done on several cars, but none as thorough and meticulous as Nelson did just last week on my wagon.
