My vehicle was involved in a small animal collision and it tore up my front end, damaging the front bumper, radiator, condenser, and a couple other small things such as a mount and sensor, all needed replaced. They were able to get insurance out for pictures and a quote, order all parts(oem if possible), and replaced everything plus paint the front bumper in less then 2 weeks! They were very communicative throughout the entire process and my vehicle looks better then before!! The bumper looks factory painted and with almost everything being OEM nobody can tell my vehicle was in an accident! Huge shout out to the Keith Dirks team for their help and work! I will be back if anything happens again, or if I need anything repainted as their work was unbelievable.

negative....received a verbal estimate in JUNE on rocker panels, cab corners and a floor pan replacement on my 2003 chevy truck, he gave me a verbal estimate at that time he never stated he didn't want to or wouldn't do the repairs thus giving me a verbal estimate, i said the estimate was fine, as that vehicle was needed as essential. i stated i would need it BEFORE winter, he said he was currently busy, i said that's ok, figured a couple weeks out, so called in a couple weeks, he had some deer hits to take care of, checking every couple weeks this went on all summer of various other repairs, october rolled around and i was starting to get concerned because i know a certain amount of time was needed for repairs, and i felt like he didn't take me seriously at first, after 5.5 months i fig

I stopped Keith’s Shop after an accident while traveling, without calling ahead. The gentleman was caring, walked me through options, and even cleaned up the broken glass though repairs couldn’t be made due to the holiday weekend. His kindness gave me that neighborly small-town feel, I’m very grateful for the help.

Cody was incredibly helpful with assisting me in what to expect from his end of my car claim, and when I finally came down to the shop he did everything he could to make sure everything was done right away. I had a great experience with this being my first collision, and if I ever needed to have my car fixed again, I would absolutely go back here.

We had our car repaired here after it was hit by a deer nearby. Honestly, we choose this place for repair because it was close to our accident, but we couldn't be happier with their service! They quickly performed the service, worked with our insurance seamlessly, and could not have been friendlier. Frankly, if we lived closer we would use them for all our auto body work. 10/10, would hit a deer near here again.
