Rick is a very good mechanic. He is fair and lets you know what needs to be done. He did a quick repair of my Mazda to prepare to sell. I got Kelly Blue value for going to Keith's Alignment. I enjoyed smoking a cigarette with Rick while I waited. Totally recommend talking vehicles there.

Waiting area is dirty and smoky. Paid for an oil change that was never done, all they did was top off. I half an hour after leaving my indicator light came on saying that the oil level was too high. Went to Meinicke the next day and had them inspect it come to find out that they had never change the oil or the oil filter. They refused to refund. These are the types of mechanics that give Mechanics a bad name!

The work I had done cost me almost 300$.. I asked to check my oil he fix it so he said.. Had to bring it back because it was still leaking oil. He said I had a crack in my radiadtor so that's why I'm seeing a leak.. Tols him to check again than he tells me the oil was leaking because they didn't replace the cap on.. They never called to let us know when it was done and went to start it and the battery was dead.. It has taken 3 weeks to get the car done and it is still leaking oil.. Rick is rude and the office isn't just nasty but he smokes like it dosnt bother anyone in that little office. Rude to women and disrespectful to people coming in... Will laugh and carry on conversations with his employees while u stand there and wait for him to recognize u... Very sorry place.. Bad employees..

Went for a aligment and they ledt bolts loose glad i was not in a accident. Mistakes are made but then show up at 9 pm to tighten the bolt that your shop strippped out. Yea thats really gonna be helpful would not recommend
