We brought our highlander to get fixed here. I highly recommend. Job was not done the greatest at first ONLY due to the after market parts used. My husband pointed out the details we had noticed with our bumper not sitting flush as it was before. However, Sabrina was very professional & understanding. She took the time to work with the insurance company and get the OEM parts needed for our vehicle so the car looked like it originally was. Turned out beautiful in the end. My car's lower door trim came off recently and I dropped by this shop to get it replaced. I thought it was going to cost me some money to get it done because a part was missing. The lady at the front office looked at my problem and called one of her teammates to have a look. He quickly assessed and got the tools to fix the problem. They had no interest in me paying that and I was completely surprised. I appreciate their act of kindness and wish them the very best with their business.
