Ken Garff Body & Glass American Fork

Ken Garff has been our choice for body work and repairs for our Audi for a few years. They have been great to work with and the work has been quality. I feel in some cases they have gone beyond what was reasonably required to make the car perfect and safe.

Manny was awesome to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done right, and provided me with daily updates. They did a good job and even allowed me take it back to touch up a few areas after I had initially picked it up.

Im seeking legal action against Ken Garff. My car was hit a year and 4 months ago and is still not fixed professionally. I thought I picked a trusted shop with Ken Garff being a big name in Utah but I was extremely wrong. My car was in their shop for about 6 months and once returned the issues started rolling in and still are 10 months later. I was told by the manager Brian to inspect myself and let him know what needs fixed. Clearly nobody has professionally inspected the work done. I'm filing complaints and reviews along with seeking legal action because of how bad this experience has been. My first car I had bought myself was in perfect condition and since the negligence done by Ken Garff, My car is worth significantly less and needs repairs. DO NOT TRUST KEN GARFF.

This is my second time working with Ken Garff Body & Glass in American Fork, and I couldn’t be happier with their customer service. They are incredibly fast, professional, and kind. I really appreciate how well they communicate throughout the whole process and keep you updated on everything. My windshield cracked on Monday, and by Wednesday I had a brand new one installed! Their efficiency and friendliness make the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend this place 100%!

A deer RIP, ran into the side of my truck and messed up both doors, fender and running board. These guys found all the parts necessary to put my old truck back together. The communication was spot on, the flexibility I needed, they provided. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. I would go there again.
