Ken Towery’s Tire & Auto Care

I had a blow out and I brought my car to Ken's. I dropped it off on a Saturday, and they were working with my warranty provider. I dropped in on Monday and the car was not repaired, but they had not contacted my warranty provider yet. I came by on Tuesday and the car was ready! They were able to talk to the warranty provider and got my fixed up for $0. I am so thankful to this team. I think they went above and beyond for me.

I’ve had my current vehicle for just over a year now and almost all the work has been done at Ken towerys in Georgetown, the staff is great Grant and the few up front always work with me in scheduling and provide the greatest service and price in the area, after calling around to other places in town who wanted $3-4,000 for tires and brakes. They priced me much better and had it all done by end of day Jacob and the other mechanics there are great if you need and explanation or just have a question they are always willing to help. Definitely recommend them and I will definitely be going back.

A 3hr wait for an oil change was kind of ridiculous when we already had an appointment. We sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting, just for them to come to us and say they didn't have the filter and it had to be brought from another place. Another customer walked in while we were waiting and said they had his car for a week to change 4 tires. I dnt know how short staffed they are, and the lady there was trying to be nice and said I would get a discount on my next visit, but why wouldn't it have been for that visit? I won't be going back to get the discount so it was actually pointless. They either need to hire more mechanics or stop taking appointments if they don't have enough mechanics on staff!

My husband and I were headed out for a weekend trip. We got a flat tire and they stayed open late just for us to be able to get our new tire put on and get us back on the road for our trip. Super great, helpful, kind, and just excellent customer service! Definitely recommend!

Never had any issues with them. Good place for tires. Now that I found out I can have my tires shipped from Tire Rack directly to them I know who will be putting my tires on from now on. Buy what I want online and they put them on! I love shops who are open to those who buy their own car parts. I realize they have an agreement with Tire Rack but I know what to order and I like being in control of my vehicles. Having tires shipped to my house then driving them to a place was a pain. The only thing I will ask is they hold them for me so I can inspect them before they are put on. I did not ask but I doubt it will be an issue.
