You will not find a more kind and helpful auto service place! They took care of my car with 4 new tires; including post installation maintenance for free. These folks are the legit "do the right thing by customers". 100% Recommend.

I had tires mounted and balanced at this location because another tire shop would not do the job. I was very pleased with the service. Brian was working at the desk and was very helpful and was great to talk to and had a good positive attitude. He provided a great service and went above and beyond. I will be a returning customer at this location.

Been going to Ken towery ever since I moved from Louisville back in early 2020 after Covid out in sheperdsville. And the service has been nothing but professional understanding always greeted with respect. The workers are polite say hello. Any questions asked they deliver with a proper response. Went here years ago to get new tires since my current ones didn't have enough tread to be effective in the snow. They were very kind and quick to help me and let me know what I needed done without pressuring me into services I may not want. Will definitely come back for future car repairs

These guys went above and beyond for me. Got me back up and running in very timely manner. The manager is awesome as are his techs. My starter went out at work right after I parked and the next morning the guys at this store got me in immediately and started a 2 day process of getting the needed part for my aging car as fast as was humanly possible. I am grateful for them. I think they may have wings and halos...
