Absolutely blown away at the team here!! After waiting a year for my Bronco Raptor to come in, from another dealer, I drove it a total of 2 days before it developed a massive oil leak. I had to have the vehicle towed in Kendall as I’m local to bend. Mario Chavez got it right in same day and even offered me a loaner. They got my Braptor fixed in record time and back to me! So stoked to be back in the local trails. Keep up the epic work Mario and team! 🤙

Bought my Lincoln in June 2023, it took until November 2023 to be able to bring the car in the have the recall and door panel fixed. Car was left all day and by 5:45pm they still had not worked on it and next appt out was another 6 months. Fast forward to to Aug 2024 the recall & door panel is still not fixed and now having ABS codes thrown, Again they are 6 months out and no suggestion to help. Terrible service!

I got charged $600 for them to look at my car for just 3 hours. Dropped my car off at 8am and they didnt touch it till 3 pm and wanted to hold it another day. When I signed the agreement they gave the impression it was the estimate to fix - not just to diagnose. I am a young woman and went in alone, they quickly swept the paper under me and said "sign" marjor lack of communication. I feel taken advantage of. Charging $600 to check my check engine light, then to check my broken back up camera, then an additional $600 to replace the camera which is a $50 part on Amazon. This place is an absolute robbery.
