We won a car through a raffle with the West Ada School district, and had no idea what to expect once we actually got the car. Our experience with everyone at Kendall Boise was phenomenal! Car buying experiences for me have always been these long, drawn out processes with super pushy salesmen that keep you in the dealership for hours. I have to highly recommend Kyle T- we worked with him from day one months ago when we couldn’t decide on a car, then couldn’t decide on a trim level, color, etc etc. We started shopping months before we were able to buy but Kyle never put the pressure on us to make a hasty decision and always gave us the time of day, even when he (probably) knew we were ready to make a purchase that day. He was super patient and always friendly, with a smile on his face. He respected our timeline but also made sure to reach out periodically. Today we were able to meet with him right away, he had the car pulled up front and the whole buying experience was smooth

My wife and I are practical people and started out looking for a 1 or 2 yr old low mileage SUV with a focus on traveling comfort and safety. I’m so excited about my 2018 Toyota Highlander! I normally dread car shopping and dealing with the car not looking as good as the pictures or finding things wrong when you get there. However, this car was in AMAZING condition, so much so that my coworker thought I bought a brand new car today instead of a used one. I can’t believe how clean and sleek this thing is.
