I managed to scratch two doors of our car with my bicycle and people told me the doors would probably need to be repainted. I was out doing errands and decided to stop by to get an estimate from Kennedy Autobody and Paint. I am SO HAPPY that I went there. James Allen, the owner, could not have been nicer. He looked at it and said that he wanted one of his employees who does detailing to look at it to see if it could be repaired without requiring full repainting. Miguel indicated that he could try to remove the scratches right then, while I waited comfortably in their office. The scratches were soon gone and the finish looks terrific. Best car repair experience! My mother and I came in to check out Kennedy Auto Body and get an estimate. The staff was attentive, professional, kind, and supportive through the process. They took care of everything, from talking to our insurance for the claim, calling the rental car company to pick up and drop off the rental car, and of course replacing the bumper. It looks great. They explained everything, broke down all the costs, and what we needed to do. On top of that, they comforted my mom about the car mishap. It was a human moment, not just transactional. Took my Prius here to have my bumper repaired after someone rear-ended me. I had to wait a while for an appointment but it was worth it. Everything was so easy! Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, organized, pro-active, and just nice. They called when they said they would call, kept me in the loop at all times, were easily available. The repair work was done within two days and is excellent. My car almost looks better than before. If my car has dents in the future, I'd definitely go to Kennedy again.
