Kenneths installed new tires on to my new wheels. I was nervous having anyone install the tires as I've had experiences in the past with other shops that gouged my wheels. Kenneths did a fantastic job and not a single mark on my new wheels. Will keep going back to Kenneths as they always do a great job. To the tech that installed the tires: thanks so much man!

You didn't have the filter for my cat which extended my wait time. I had an appointment, you were aware of my vehicle make and model it seams reasonable that you would have ensured you had what you needed to service my vehicle on hand. Whomever worked on my car changed my radio station. I felt that was an invasion of my personal property.

Ok, now I know why this place gets such good reviews. They are fantastic, the whole team especially the lady manning the phones, I think her name is Candy or Mandy? I'm not too sure as every time we speak, my baby is screaming so I never catch her name. Anyways, this place was so kind and helpful to this single mother of 2. They took my car dropped it off and even helped me pick up my 2 year old from day care along with my 4 month old, put both my car seats in their shuttle and drove me and the baby to grab the 2 year old and back home. Top notch service and so easy to work with. Will be bringing my car here for all its needs. Thank you guys!

Kenneths just conducted collision repair on my wife's car, and they did an excellent job. Our insurance company caused a delay, but David and his colleagues helped us overcome it with great responsiveness. We have used them before and experienced the same ssucess. incredibly courteous and professional staff. I have recommended them in the past and will conitnue to do so.

I wrote a review about this place about a month ago after my first visit. Recently, I had another car issue and brought my car back for a second service—and I just have to say, the front desk representative, Candy, deserves a raise! I have honestly never experienced customer service like hers anywhere, not even at a five-star hotel. She went above and beyond to help me with my check engine light and ended up saving me a lot of money. She is truly an asset to this business. To upper management and the owners: if you’re reading this, please give her a raise on my behalf (seriously!). Because of her, you’ve gained a customer for life—or at least as long as Candy is there. To anyone reading this, bring your car here. They don’t just take care of you—they genuinely reduce your stress. 10 star
