The shop is really clean and the lobby has coffee, a TV, and even a play area for kids. I didn’t use it myself but saw kids having fun in there, which is a nice touch. There’s also a Dunkin’ Donuts right next door if you want to grab something while you wait. I brought in my Tesla Model Y for an alignment and tire rotation. I didn’t even ask about service mode, but they went ahead and put the car in service mode on their own, which gave me peace of mind that they knew what they were doing. The guy at the counter was polite and professional, and the work was done the same day. That was a big plus since at Tesla I’d probably be waiting longer. Price-wise, it was slightly cheaper and about what I’d expect compared to Tesla service. I did end up waiting a pretty long time, even though there

Great service, easy to set up appointment and clean waiting area. They had complimentary coffee and water ready for me, but they were fast and efficient with my car. Just went for a state emissions and inspection but they still checked things like my tire tread and AC filter.

Great experience at Sun Auto! They did an oil change and a full trip check on my truck and were very thorough. The team clearly explained any issues they noticed and didn’t pressure me at all. I also appreciated the great discounts and how clean and professional the facility was. Honest service, good prices, and excellent customer care. I’ll definitely be back!

This was my first time choosing Sun Auto Tire& Service and I picked them after speaking to one of their customer service representative on the phone. After making several calls to different shops looking for a place to get a car inspection done I called them and the Representative was very polite and answered my questions in a calm and peaceful manner , didn't rush me or make me feel like I was bothering him by asking questions. He was very respectful .Once me and my husband arrived I noticed how helpful one of the attendees were when we pulled up to the service bay. Once inside the Representative at the counter was very pleasant and polite and the overall atmosphere in the shop was very nice peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely be going back for other services for my vehicles.

Sun Auto was awesome. I went to get My inspection sticker they were friendly they were quick. They were informative and I will be returning to get my oil changes and also possibly purchase some tires. Thank you so much for being professional and friendly.
