Horrible service department. Bobby in service sucks, brought the truck in under warranty for no trailer lights. They replace the BCM and fuse box and says it not covered due to the service body Chevy sold it to us with. They find out none of the fobs work, go back and supposedly “the fobs are completely dead” they worked fine before they changed the ECM AND test fine on a RF tester. Over a month later I still have no fobs, Bobby is completely un helpful and nothing is getting done.

They are terrible about their scheduling, or they prioritize commercial customers over individuals. The last 2 appointments I have attempted to schedule have been rescheduled due to overbooking the same time slot. The first time it happened I had scheduled a month out. They called me the week of and said that my time slot was over booked and they would have to reschedule my appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for this week and the same thing happens. I told them that I would just cancel it. I will not be scheduling another appointment with them since they obviously don’t know how to keep a schedule. Book at your own risk, and assume that you need to have multiple days available when they inevitably change your appointment.

Bobby was a great advisor, diagnosis and repairs were prompt and in a timely manor. Dealership is clean and inviting.

I brought my Impala in for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I was told everything went well with the services and that my car didnt have any issues. I asked for a copy of the multipoint inspection results, which then showed me needing an alignment, air filters, and my rear brakes being bad (1mm). My front brakes showed OK (6mm). Upon finding this out, I went across town to buy some brakes to have them done elsewhere. I get to the shop, they take the rear brakes off, and they were nowhere near 1mm. The rear brakes were fine (just over half the pad still available). I had them check the fronts and they looked the same as the back. I wasted valuable time and money dealing with an issue that was nonexistent because of a technician's mistake/oversight or typo. I wouldn't have even

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Employees were friendly. I hate the AI powered phone answering software. I ended up hanging up after being routed around in a circle several times. I called sales and had them transfer me to service.
