New to the area so this was my first visit. I found my car with a flat tire, aired it up and realized it wasn't a slow leak. I knew they were just a mile or so up the road so I went straight there. They were super friendly, got my car in right away, had it fixed in like 10 minutes and charged me next to nothing! This is the kind of service that gets you customers for life as attested by a gal I visited with in the lobby who said she'd been going to them for 25 years. My husband runs his body shop this way, I recognize good people in the industry. These are good people :-)

The road hazard warranty here is a scam. I purchased four Toyo Extensa tires with lifetime rotate and balance and the road hazard warranty. From the beginning, the tires never rode smoothly, and I eventually paid another shop to rebalance them correctly and the tires were fine. There were repeated service issues, including tires being returned over-inflated, loose or missing valve caps, and once being balanced so poorly that my vehicle shook during a 1,000+ mile trip. When I later ran over a board with multiple screws, the tire rapidly lost air and would not hold pressure. I installed 2 temporary plugs to try and drive to Kenny Knox, but the tire continued to leak. Great service visiting from Atlanta noticed sound while driving both front tires were bad. My great Uncle and dad recommended this spot. Got here very busy but moving great. Brandon very professional and friendly. Gave me a great price on 2 used tires. The workers were awesome. Glad we stopped here before getting back on the road. Chris and Brandon good and always helpful. They got me some new Michelin's for my car at a fair price by today's standards and installed them with no grease from mechanics on my seat for car fingerprints and shoddy work. Very refreshing and did it while I waited in lobby quickly. I will stop going to old place and use them.

Awful experience. I bought four new BFGoodrich tires and had trouble from the start. I also got an alignment at the same time. Tires were wearing on one side and one tire started having slashes down sidewall. Tires were three years old. I called them and the guy said he just saw the same thing two weeks ago. Never had he seen this before. No help from them on a warranty or a discount on new tires. Obviously they sold a bad batch of tires!! I showed three other tire stores the tire and they had never seen this before. I’ll let everyone I know to not buy from this tire store!!!!!
