Ken's Auto Repair

Our car broke down in Willits and we had it towed to Ken's. It was done and he let us know right away that it was not worth fixing. He could easily have charged me $200 for "diagnosis" but he didn't, he gave me solid advice and let us leave without a dollar spent. It seriously made a big difference in how my mood was that day. Super classy. Also great baked bean recipe.

I broke down outside of willits on my way to Garberville Ken was so nice to me so despite the stars on google I choose to come here after calling all the shops. I got towed to him he diagnosed it immediately but the parts took awhile to come so I spent a lot of the day here but his guys and him worked as quickly as possible it was so nice to see his family run business. He is very experienced and knowledgeable he will explain it all to you which is what I prefer! He spotted other things on my car that could be an issue and fixed them. His prices were very reasonable and he got me on the road by the end of the day! I feel blessed to have had such a kind an welcoming mechanic when I thought I was out of luck and stuck in the middle of no where.

I had my stereo stolen while under their care and they would not take responsibility for it. I feel like an employee took it because the wires were not cut but instead every thing was unscrewed and meticulously removed from my truck. Edit: I drove my truck to his business, he couldn't tow it and wanted to charge me for just showing up. It indeed was wrecked. It was locked when I delivered it. This man is a liar and definitely not to be trusted. I bet he's a real piece of work to deal with on a regular basis. He's lucky I no longer live in the area or I'd be a real thorn.

My car broke down outside of Willits and Kens was able to get my vehicle in and have it repaired by the next day! Ken and Dianna were very friendly and even drove me across town to the rental car company in their own vehicle. I was treated with kindness every step of the way! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing auto repair. 5 stars!

Ken is the most knowledgeable tech around. I don't trust my vehicles with anyone else.
