Brian towed us and was one of the kindest, funniest, respectful people we met. He gave me and my wife a ride to the nearest car rental 2 hours away. He was very kind and provided great company on a tough day. Highly recommended.

My driver Keith was a great sense of humor over a tragic loss of my car not being able to drive it. He was wonderful with my 8 yr old son too. They were prompt to get to me and concerned for our safety. You can tell he really loves his job. I want to thank Keith for the tow to Fort Bragg and the extra mile he was willing to go to help us. Figuratively and literally. Wonderful service! We were stuck in between leggett and fort Bragg and my car went and turned on the anti theft as I was driving from low oil sensor and wouldn’t let me drive. Was stranded in the forest and was terrified. Keith was wonderful at keeping us calm and helping us laugh. After I thought I needed a new engine and was just the anti theft kicking in, and luckily was a 700 dollar fix for a new key, instead of a brand new

My daughter broke down in willits being from oroville this was a problem. Called smiths auto they let her hang out after hours till I got there. They got her car in and had to replace the heads. Very good communication and cut me a good deal since we was so far out of town. Would definitely recommend them if your having car problems in the willits area.

Brian saved us from a last minute bind! He was incredibly kind, prompt, and resolved our car issue quickly. I highly recommend using / requesting this company (especially if you have triple A). Wish he serviced my hometown!

Brian was very helpful, had great communication, and had a nice disposition, even when I called for his services early on a Sunday. He responded swiftly, and kindly helped me out of a jam... all with a smile. Would call him again for his services, and recommend him to others.
