STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! I took my car for tire change+state inspection and they broke my emergency hand brake and then said it won't pass inspection. Read some of the other reviews that talk about their experience with state inspection. Unethical people. Ali was the mechanic's name.

Today, I had a flat tire on my Tesla launch model Y 2026. I didn't want to drive too far so this was the closest place to my home. I asked them (Ken Automotive Repair) to put the plug on the nail leak (will update this review if the leak comes back). They took good care of my car. The service was good, but I was charged $35 for just a plug in the tire, which felt slightly overpriced considering they didn’t have to remove the tire. That said, I do want to mention that Nick and his team were friendly and professional. They made the experience more pleasant, which is always appreciated. After getting my tire plugged I called Sullivan Quincy, they quoted me $40 for a patch and said never get a plug cause if the plug doesn't work then you will have to get a new tire lol..we will find out soon.

The guys that run the repair shop are fantastic. Ask for Rick. He appreciates his customers and he's as honest as they come. They offer inspection stickers and auto repair. They're also a gas station and they keep their prices at market.

We took our Jeep here for the annual state inspection, the mechanic failed the inspection and told us it needed a front ball joint. Obviously he must have wanted the business because and lied, we took the car to our own trusted mechanic....no problem with the ball joints! We then took the Jeep to another garage for a follow up inspection, he also said there was no problem with the ball joint. Live and learn! Taking advantage of people: sleezy.
