Every visit to Ken’s Auto Repair has been a positive one. They’re transparent about what needs to be done and always explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. The work is solid, and I’ve never had to come back for the same issue twice.

They're complete rip offs to women. Promises the car will be like new if they fix it. They had it a month and wouldn't let me have it unless I paid $350 more than what they quoted. Had it 3 days and it was dead. Back to them 3 more weeks, got it back with the seat broken, window didn't work, oil all over the car. Had it 3 days again and it is sitting dead at my house. I paid a total of $2500 to them to ruin the vehicle. The brothers that run the place are scammers. I wouldn't go back there or refer anyone to go there and give them their business. Karma is a real thing and they may think they're getting away with it, but it will come back to them. Do good and live good.

Commination is poor, the guy Frank who works there likes playing "poker face" games. Not very helpful when trying to diagnosis a vehicle in my last experience there. Tried charging me over 3x the amount of a part replacement. Also quoted me a 2 part assembly price on a part, though it was a 1 part assembly. Won't be going back. UPDATE: I receive an EZ Invoice today in the mail from when you test drove my vehicle. Thanks a lot now I got to pay $20 in fines. REALLY?? You drove on the toll road??

My car kept overheating, so I stopped by Ken’s Automotive to get the cooling system checked. They found the issue quickly — a small leak in the radiator — and fixed it the same day. The car runs perfectly now, and I really appreciate their transparency and fast turnaround.

I went in for a wheel alignment after noticing my car pulling to the side. Ken’s Auto Repair got it fixed quickly, and the car handles perfectly now. Their customer service is just as good as their repair work.
