Would highly recommend Ken's Collision Center in Cassville! Thorough from Top to Bottom! Very professional and personable! Ken, Kayla and Chris are all AWESOME! My car looks fabulous! Thankful for everything they've done for me and my car! They even detailed it for me!

These people truly have their act together! I highly recommend this collision shop. This isn’t one of those big-box operations with inexperienced staff — they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. The only challenges I experienced during the process came from the insurance company, but the shop went above and beyond to advocate for me. They pushed for proper repairs, communicated clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. It was obvious they were focused on doing the job right — not just doing what was easiest or cheapest. Also, my truck came back with a full detail!! I was amazed!! Hopefully I won’t need collision services again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to come back. Excellent experience all around.
