I really appreciate this team, dispatched simply and the driver was the best, had a short bus mission that went perfectly even with the tricky landing,, they were so easy to deal with ! They are the best

My car was impounded and honestly I thought I was going to have a horrible experience because of the reviews I had read. I was charged less than I've ever seen per day for storage and they were very friendly. They gave me a discount because I couldn't pick it up for a few days due to the holidays. I didn't have the proper ID on me, but they let me use my college ID as long as a licensed driver could drive it home. All my belongs were still there, no damage had been done to my car. Everything was quick and amazing. I appreciate their service.

Pilau…Cynthia Honma cut in front of 50 people at the UH Hilo graduation, then shoved her way right in front of me and my mom. Talk about entitled. We all here to see our family members graduate…sad that she represents Kens towing 👎🏽

Ken's picked up my motorcycle after I was in an accident. They refused to return any phone calls I made in an attempt to get the bike delivered back to me. Of course, they make a lot more money in storage fees than an actually doing customer service

Car was towed by HPD on a Thursday night, Friday morning both my insurance agent and I called to have the vehicle released. We were told on 5 occasions that they didn't have my car. I called HPD, who was also confused because they called kens themselves. Its confirmed with the police report that they did in fact tow my car. They magically found it, 15mins prior to closing on Friday. By Monday the fees were up to $700+. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Argued with me back and forth that I shouldn't have my car released to the insurance. She gave me the impression that whoever moves the car from the insurance company may take things from my car. The truth is They just want you to pay extra storage fees. You cant “find” my car and when you do, you're extremely rude!
