We had towing service and they were supposed to get us a vehicle to get us back into town. Which our insurance company did not follow through. My brand-new UTV arrived on Matson, and instead of wasting an entire day driving up to Hilo and back down to Ocean View (4+ hours round-trip on the Saddle), I called these guys on a recommendation. We broke down yesterday (serpentine belt) just after getting on the saddle road heading back to Kona. Steve was very compassionate from phone call to end of tow. He was there to get us off the busy road within 30 min. In addition, I was scheduled to hold an interview (work related) during the time he was loading us up. I recommend anyone to call Steve up. I have called other places and never got a response but I called Steve to schedule an appt to haveg not 1 but 2 cars towed and disposed of. Within an hour he came pulling up to take the 1st car out and then came back within an hour or 2 for the 2nd vehicle. He is fast and efficient. He is also very kind. Thank you Steve! You rock!
