When my wife got into an accident, they made it the easiest possible process, keeping us updated along the way. John and his team at Kent will make sure your car is repaired correctly, with genuine parts. On top of that, my car had one of the best details I have ever gotten when I picked it up. I would refer any and all of my friends and family there.

Visited Kent County Collision to have someone look at my Rolls for a minor repair. The place was awesome—the owner John introduced himself, along with several employees. They were super passionate and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they gave me their honest opinion about how to proceed, rather than trying to overcharge me because of the type of car I drove. The shop was clean and professional. I hope my car doesn't have any other issues, but now I know where to go if it does. Keep up the good work, guys! 5 stars—I truly recommend giving them a shot.

Always a great experience when I come here. John and frank always take great care of me. They fixed and painted my wheels on my truck and installed a lift kit. Very fast, friendly and professional service. Will always come back. Great staff

This was my first time purchasing a car on my own so I was unsure of what to expect. Thankfully John worked with me. He was patient as I pretty much showed up empty handed. He was able to get me approved for a couple loans and broke down my options so I knew what I would be getting myself into. Lastly after being able to secure a car I needed to put down a deposit but came up short. John was very flexible and worked out an arrangement with me so I was able to drive home with my new truck. On top of that he took care of my 2 year warranty. John made it very easy and seamless for me to purchase my first truck and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
