Man know his stuff. Called him from indiana just for 5min of his time. And he know what the issues was right away. Parts was order by my service write . I was told cummins oem parts. Box looks oem sticker looks oem. But the products in them are fakes came with extras that doesnt come with oem kits. New carb cause new issues with genantor.. ALL by from the dealer is mora of this story...

The entire experience could have not been better. The diagnosis on my generator issue was accurate. The repair was fast. I had only one person, Jeff, to deal with which made the entire process efficient, easy and smooth. Great job.

11/5/2025, Jeff of Kent's Mobile RV Generator Service came to my rescue to repair my 2002 generator in my motorhome, He took all the covers off and replaced the fuel pump, not a easy job....I am so happy its repaired...I rate his skills and knowledge 110%..!!!..and He had the needed new fuel pump in his truck..wow..I got lucky !!!
