Geoff Dean was a lifesaver. He reviewed all prior work done and provided excellent communication and kept me informed me. The service was very good; they diagnosed and repaired with a fast turnaround. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs any work done. I had always an issue with my KW T680 since I bought it. That’s a phenomenal issue, this truck has lots of problems especially with auxiliary systems, but the beauty is, with some exceptional ones and those are usually in south!, KW services are great. I had an issue again nearby Boston area and my Hometown Coopersburg KW advised me to this service bc of engine derate alarm. I called them and they took the case seriously and on late Friday afternoon Geoff took the truck inside immediately and made the diagnosis and ordered the part and updated all software which my hometown guys didn’t properly 🤭 and allow me to sleep in the truck while waiting the parts. Shower up Sunday afternoon and went into full derate. They were there at 7 am Monday. Got me in, diagnosed as a bad inlet nox sensor and a bad def injector. Parts were in stock tech was on the ball Brian the service writer made it easy to get it figured out suggested a hotel and great restaurants. Truck was fixed and ready to go by noon on Tuesday. Great people to deal with and a fantastic coffee machine!!!!! Thanks for the fix guys

My Peterbilt decided to go on a full de-rate during a snowstorm on a Sunday and left me almost stranded around Salisbury, MA. I then discovered this dealership and limped my truck there and asked them to take a look at it. They fixed the problem within 2-3 days. Brian kept me updated all throughout the process. I kept coming back here as the team that Brandon leads seems extremely skilled. They fixed my self-contained trailer hydraulics and the suspension of my International Truck. Manager Geoff is a straight shooter and very personable and doesn’t beat around the bush. The expectations are realistic and service is excellent. Even if I am not coming in for service I have called them multiple times whenever I had a problem with any of my trucks whether it be on the road or in my driveway

Although labor rates are high they are everywhere. They were very thorough and communicate constantly. As an owner operator downtime is a nono. They got me in diagnosed the problem and found other issues I wasn't aware of .we agreed to focus on main issue and got me back on the road in one day.. and we will re schedule for the minor repairs. Service stepp up im very grateful and I highly recommend this dealership and shop.
