Excellent experience from the moment I stopped by to get a quote to the day I picked up the truck. They handled everything with insurance and with my rental, made it absolutely headache free. They also gave me daily updates over the phone and via email to let me know where the truck was at in the repair process. The truck looks as good as new like nothing ever occurred. Next time I need something fixed, I’ll 100% be back

As always... we have unfortunately needed NAAB for several vehicles over the last 15 years... NAAB was amazing. They handle EVERYTHING, dealing with insurance companies, rental companies, and their repair work is meticulous. We were kept informed every step of the way, never any surprises. To top it off, my car was returned cleaner than it has been in 2 years! Just a wonderful company with a very dedicated service team. Highly recommend NAAB.

Truly incredible service, communication, and all around work. My car was hit by a bus and pretty messed up but they made my car as good as new in under 3 weeks (over a week and a half was them dealing with insurance so not their fault it, We all know how insurance companies are). EVERYONE that I talked to/worked with at North Andover Auto Body was helpful, descriptive, understanding, efficient, and extremely kind. I’ll always recommend anyone go here for any work they may need on their cars!!

Spoke to Diane , and she answered all my questions with integrity and warmth. I will drive hours to use this shop when needed due to high integrity and excellent work.
