Kenworth Sales Hagerstown

I can’t say enough nice things about this place! They allowed me to stay in my truck while waiting for repairs after another driver hit my truck. They have showers, laundry and lounge for drivers. The place is so clean and the employees are so nice. The guy who cleans there deserves a raise cause it was spotless! The girl in the service dept was awesome! Good job Kenworth making drivers feel important in an industry where that is rare!

They pulled our truck inside immediately with the cold temps- even though they had to wait on our leasing company to approve work orders (which took them forever) we love this KW! Parts dept goes above and beyond for their customers!!

Came unannounced they were busy but they checked my truck anyway and since it was a sensor problem they took my truck in and fixed it in an hour great mechanic Nice people 5star
