Kenworth Sales Harrisonburg

This was my first time coming here and it was a really bad experience. After I arrived, I checked the reviews and they were very bad, now I understand the people who suffered here. I came on Saturday and they told me I would be first on Monday, but unfortunately I waited until Tuesday morning and then they said they can’t even diagnose my truck until next week. My question is why did he check it on Saturday then? Don’t come here, guys worst place ever.

I brought my [truck 2019 Peterbuilt 579 ] in for a wheel alignment due to an accident ,severe pulling to the right and not straight steering wheel ]. The technician, [Jeremy Fordham ], did an outstanding job! He is professional and took the time to clearly explain the alignment report and the adjustments needed . After the service, my truck drives perfectly straight and feels much safer and smoother on the road. I really appreciate their attention to detail and honest advice. I highly recommend [Jeremy ] and the shop to anyone needing quality truck alignment !"

I strongly advise against getting a three-axis alignment done here. What costs $140-180 at other shops will cost you $400 here!! And while the job takes 1.5 hours elsewhere, they'll take 3 hours here!! The mechanic isn't even in the shop for half of that time!

This place is horrible. Driver arrived at 730pm and was told there is only one mechanic working as they close at midnight. Come tomorrow at 7am. Driver stayed across the street came back at 7am and was told they only have two mechanics that work on cumming engines that can't diagnose this brand new 2026 until the next day. How does Kenworth sell trucks all over the nation in excess of 200k and there are no mechanics to work but they have all these locations.

Took my 1991 Airstream to the body shop for them to paint the roof. They did an amazing job and I am very pleased! I would recommend them to anyone! Check out the before and after pics!
