A very long day,my windshield had leaks, they thought it was fixed but as soon as I drove out of shop it was apparent it was not resolved, Rick the body shop manager went above and beyond and contacted the glass company was able to get them to return after hours and even Matt the glass company owner got involved in removing the windshield and resetting it probably. I'd highly recommend this dealership and service, Justin my mechanic was very polite and professional, everyone I delt with was polite and professional. I like this shop, thank you Rick for your commitment to running a excellent shop.

We had a truck with an issue on a Saturday. Kenworth Sales Post Falls was very. accommodating to get us in and triaged the issue. Not only did they diagnose it but also got our truck fixed and back on the road the same day so we could complete our load within our deadline! Very happy with the service received we will be back if we are in the area and need service!

Liked this place alot i was in and out in 1 day , with a transmission issue.

It’s a clean place, but even though the company had scheduled an appointment in advance, just replacing the windshield took about 3 hours. As a result, I missed my load and lost the whole day. They simply said, “ it is what it is”

This is by far the best Kenworth shop I’ve had my truck in. I was in Missoula when my clutch went out the shop there said it would be a week before they could even look at it, I called this shop to check their availability and they said they could look at it that day. I took a big risk but was able to make it to this shop and they had my truck in within an hour. The clutch was replaced and I was on my way the next day. If you are in the area and need some work done I highly recommend this shop! It’s a new facility, very easy to get a trailer in and out and they will also drive you to a hotel and pick you up if you need. I’ve been several places where it feels like I am an inconvenience but this place and everyone I interacted with was happy to have my business.
