Kenworth Truck Company

Huge parking lot for visitors. I had a delivery from Canada. I don't have a big truck, just a regular cargo van. I arrived at night and parked in the lot to unload in the morning. I had just fallen asleep when there was a knock on the door. A security guard came and kicked me out. I explained to him that I had come from Canada and had a delivery here in the morning. I simply don't have the strength to go to a truck stop. In six years of work, this is the first time I've encountered a situation where I can't wait for my delivery in the visitor parking lot. There are no prohibitory signs. Absolute disrespect and disgusting attitude towards drivers.

Quick load. The staff is friendly and hardworking. For pick up drive to where the sign says "deliveries".

OTR: 24/7. No overnight parking. No Bathroom. Quick unload. Busy location. Plenty space for maneuvering. Provided a map with directions. Truck entrance on 159, after light. Entrance has signs posted.

Today we took a tour of the Kenworth plant and was truly amazed at all that goes into building a custom Kenworth truck! Outstanding adventure glad I got the chance
