Kerma TDI

Remotely installed my Stage 2 tune last night. Great experience all the way around. I haven't put many miles on the car yet, but I can definitely feel the difference. Abel did tune and the other staff have been great through the purchase to install process. Highly recommended.

Very happy with my experience! I had some issues with the computer I used and Jason from Kerma worked on it with me for an hour and a half to get it all figured it out, also the tune completely changed the car and cant wait to get some miles on it! Cant recommend enough!

Ill start by saying I was a bit skeptical about paying so much for a kit not really knowing the end result. But the moment I stepped on that accelerator I knew I made the right decision. It freaking rips. I really gotta upgrade my transmission.

I was looking for the high pressure power steering hose, which I was struggling to find through my regular channels. So I started looking online hoping to find someone who had the proper hose still on the shelf. When I found Kerma TDI and they required the VIN before accepting the order, I felt confident that I had finally found it. When the hose arrived, it was not the correct one. I contacted Kerma TDI to initiate a return. I had to pay for the return shipping and the man on the other side of the phone said as doing me a favor "I won't charge you the restocking fee"... My thought is "What is the point of requesting the VIN, if they send out the wrong part anyway?" and not to mention the time wasted. Not a good experience!

Avoid like the plague. I bought Kerma’s intercooler hose kit for my 2014 Jetta TDI. The product listing says it includes “all necessary clamps and o-rings,” but it turns out it’s missing a critical part — the metal retaining clip needed to attach the hose. Without it, you either have to destroy your OEM hose to reuse the clip or go hunting for a compatible one (which VW’s part doesn’t fit, by the way). I reached out to Kerma for support — no response to emails, and when I called, I was told they don’t know how to install the kit and had no idea how other customers are doing it. When I asked to return it, I was met with unexpected return fees. This is a company that seems to be resting on its old reputation, but in reality offers poor support and misleading product descriptions. I’d reco
