We immediately jumped at the chance to check out a Honda Element, and we are so glad we went to Keswick Motors. A huge thank you to Louis and AJ for the excellent service they provided during the purchase of a vehicle. The lot has a lot of great options in beautiful condition with super fair pricing. But the highlight was the welcoming nature and great conversation with Louis, which was a huge relief after weeks of searching for a vehicle. Thank you so and AJ for your kindness, and I will definitely be on the lookout when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.

Flew down from Michigan to pick up a CRV from Andrew S at Keswick motors, it was exactly as described and very well maintained; drove it back without any problems - my mechanic said it was the cleanest 20yr old car he’d seen 😄 They even included some high quality floor mats! Top tier service from Andrew and Lou, 10/10 would recommend 🤙

i inquired with lou about the car a few times and he let me have driving test priority. we took it to a local mechanic for an inspection, after which a few imminent mechanical issues were found. although im not sure if lou was aware of these issues before hand (as the car was advertised as working fully), the price of the car was already low for market price, though he took off a few hundred during negotiating. he was nice and welcoming, but straightforward about the deal. additionally, we still needed to get the transportation license even though the shop was near closing, but lou stayed after closing time to accomodate us. the car is almost as old as me but in good condition. thank you!

He is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Volvo took about 30 min once my mind was made up . The best part – Lou stayed in touch with me and answered all my questions with confidence which of course made the buying experience even more enjoyable. I had a very nice experience buying a great used honda civic. Once I got past some difficulties contacting the sales people (hang in there potential customer....it's worth it), I found the process to be very fair and trustworthy.
