I have been going to Ketchum's for the last 15 years. This is where my whole family goes for everything from oil changes to engine replacements. I have had lots of work done to several of my vehicles here, and I have never had a negative experience. Their techs and management team are some of the best and most experienced in the valley. If you want something done right, you take your car here. My Stinger is heavily modified, and when I needed my WMI system to be replaced, they were honest and told me that I would be better off going to a performance shop. They gave me a fantastic referral. I just had my oil changed at Kia because it is part of their free service package. I should have known better than to trust Kia for even basic servicing. They overfilled my oil by half a quart. I had a great experience with Ketchum’s. Steve helped me and he was incredibly kind, communicative, and professional the entire time. I never once felt like I was being upsold or scammed. They were straightforward and took really good care of me. They handled both my regular maintenance and even responded quickly when I had an emergency gas leak. Really grateful for the level of care and honesty. Highly recommend!

I’m giving one star because of how this business chooses to advertise. Leaving cards on residents’ cars in a private apartment complex is intrusive and disrespectful. It’s not appropriate to use people’s personal property for marketing and it immediately turned me off from ever using their services. Looks like this business has done this before based on previous reviews. Ridiculous.
