First off I'm not a bot or worker for the shop that is striving to increase business or sales. My name is Curtis, a blue collar child support paying citizen. This shop is great and is highly recommended. After receiving a false diagnostic from Bmw of Wyoming valley for $399 I did my research and decided to go to Kevins auto to get my car done for my 2015 bmw x1 sdrive28i. The car was leaking oil like a water house and i thought forsure I was looking at serious engine damage. For all bmw owners im pretty sure you know the sound of a malfunction code. The shop blessed me with a loaner car replaced my oil filter housing gasket and even notify me of a belt failure i had 20kmiles in the past that caused pieces of the drive belt found on the skid plate. Can't recommend enough! Fair and reasonable prices. They don't push anything on you. They're honest and forthcoming. Don't sugarcoat anything. Even recommended I don't go ahead with one of the repairs for my car, as the price to fix it would be astronomical for what it was. Kevin is the man.

Had work done here for something under warranty and they were absolutely wonderful to work with! They encountered communication issues with the warranty company, so it took a bit longer than anticipated. But the staff called me and let me know what was happening all along the way. This is the best shop around! A real gem! They have very knowledgeable and skillful mechanics and pleasant and professional front-end staff. They have an extremely clean and professional looking waiting room. It's always decorated nicely. They have complimentary coffee and water at a wonderful serving station. You really wouldn't know you're at a garage from the front end of the shop. I never mind waiting for my car while using their free guest wifi to do some work. Their prices are great and you know they aren't just trying to "take you for a ride." They don't nickle and dime you. They always let you know what's up before they do any work and they explain everything aaaannndddd there's never any pressure.
