I give them zero stars because I asked specific questions before driving 2.5-3 hours one way to look at a car that has a lot of issues and none of what they told me it did. I was told it has heated leather seats and a DVD player. When I arrived I asked where the DVD player was and he said it's in there and when I got in and said where he said right here and pointed to the CD player. I told him that is not a DVD player and he said oh that is what I thought you were asking. Also was told it has heated seats, they were not heated. Has antifreeze dumped in the spare tire area, the sway bar link was broken, the air box lifted out of the vehicle because it was broken, it didn't have an inspection, and had to be jumped to start. I was told he would give me a set of jumper cables to bring it home.

Eric is super knowledgeable, honest and I I wouldn’t trust anyone with my car other than him and his team.
