Kevin's Auto Repair & Tires

We were from out of town traveling in our r.v.and thought we had a problem with our engine. We called several shops and they refused to look at our engine to make sure that it was safe for traveling. Keven not only looked at our R.V., but dropped everything to do it so that we could be on the road and beat the snow and extreme cold of Wisconsin. Kevin was very knowledgable, kind, and trustworthy. I would highly, highly recommend taking your vehicle to this car shop! Thanks so much!!!

I love this place.. I'm not from the location, and I ran into a car problem they were so friendly. They were very helpful We're able to get me in and out quickly I picked this Because of another review where they help somebody that was having Is problems with there r v passing through the area. I made a good a good Choice.I would go back there in two seconds. If I lived locally , this would be my place to get my car fixed. They instilled a lot of trust that they weren't going to take advantage of me because I was Broken down. And the price for my Repair was very fair. One thing I thought was really cool was when I got there.There was a bible lay in there open and when I asked about it, She said that was the owner's bible with all his favorite passages marked. Needed to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Was told I needed new lower control arms and axle boot. I called kevin to see about a quote on that. He asked me to bring it in so he could look at it himself. The actual issue was a bad wheel bearing (which confirmed my thoughts although I will in the future need to address the bc joint) he didn’t charge me for a diagnostic and then gave me a reasonable quote on the wheelbearing. Was able to get it repaired immediately and took maybe an hour if that and my car is back on the road and the sound my car was making is gone and it drives so smoothly now. Will definitely be back for future repairs! Thank you for your honesty

My daughter was on a road trip through Poplar Bluff when the water pump in my BMW X3 failed catastrophically on the highway, leaving them stranded. Towed the car in to Kevin’s and they had it back on the road before noon the next day, they were very friendly, and the price was great! Can’t recommend them enough!

Bought a car from Car mart , first mistake! Had a bad swag arm took in to get new one put on. All they did was tried to tighten the old one down on what little threads were left.of course went out. Took to a local shop thats been working on all the family cars ,pointed out this was the original part.all the replacement parts are made a little different. Might as will added super glue!!!! Very disappointed 😞 clearly could have came off and had a serious accident ...anyplace that thinks a human life is not worth a few bucks saved will never work on any vehicle of mine .best thing is im in sales and carry the part around to show people DONT GO THERE !!!!
