Karl is the worst sales associate you’ll ever deal with. Messed up my order 3 times in 1 week. Still haven’t gotten the parts and he had them delivered to the wrong place 3 times. Now my customer doesn’t have a car when Karl told me it would be delivered in 1 day. Terrible person

It is very hard to get on the phone with someone. I called in about 10-15 times today. When they answered, I was put on hold for a while. When someone finally answers, the service isn't terrible.

DO NOT BUY, this place has done nothing but give me constant headaches when purchasing a “tested” engine the first motor they sent me was a rusted pile of junk that didn’t even fit my application the second they gave me looked promising and then started misfiring the 3rd day they said they had ordered another only to find out it had been cancelled by someone, I waited a week for nothing they offered another with way higher miles than was originally offered and then proceeded to tell me I’d have to pay more for there screw up now I’m waiting on a refund that will take god knows how long I’ve done plenty of business with this company in the past but my money is going elsewhere from now on

Well the lady at the front desk shouldn't be there if she's that miserable that she treats her customers like dirt. I took off work to come get it, and it was wrong. So I waited while she took her sweet time getting someone to try and find another one or give me a refund. Then I have to wait another week and take off more time to go get it.

I could live here if my wallet would allow it. The only way to deal with them is in person. They have a terrible online business and good luck trying to get a hold of anyone with a direct phone. Luckily the lady gave me a business card that I haven't tried yet. If it's a direct phone number I will update my review.
